- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
- Perishable goods that have been delivered in good condition.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- For defective or incorrect products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error or defective products.
6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Products
